  • Your athlete should arrive dressed in athletic attire (shirts are required) and sneakers; you may store your street shoes in our cubbies.
  • Make-up Tokens are issued for an absence. You may use your make-up tokens towards any level appropriate class or open gym. Please note that Make-up Tokens expire after one month, and will be deleted upon unenrollment from class.
  • All athletes should have a full water bottle–we have a refill station, if necessary!
