YOUTH
MOVEMENT
We love to start early with our toddlers and preschoolers! If they are walking, they are moving! Our Youth Movement classes support our youngest athletes though age 8. Here, we teach basic body awareness, develop spatial awareness, and practice movements in multiple planes. Our classes are well planned with major movement concepts embedded, disguised in a whole lot of fun!
LEVEL 1
These beginner classes introduce athletes to the fundamentals of Ninja Obstacle and Parkour. We emphasize both physical and mental development, guiding students through individual obstacles and gradually helping them link obstacles together into a course. Our focus includes essential movement concepts such as speed, agility, balance, and strength, as well as basic aerial movements. This comprehensive approach ensures a solid foundation for future progression in the sport.
LEVEL 2
These classes are for more experienced Ninja and Parkour athletes. In addition to classes, athletes at this level have the opportunity to select Pre-Team or to try out for one of our competition teams, based on their skills and age.
LEVEL 3
Designed for highly experienced athletes who prioritize training over competition, this program offers a tailored approach to skill development and fitness. Athletes at this level enjoy greater autonomy in their training, with the opportunity to influence the types of obstacles they practice and the tricks and aerial skills they master. This personalized approach ensures that each athlete can focus on their specific goals and continue to refine their expertise.
ADULT
FITNESS
Adults have multiple classes broken down into two groups – Obstacle Training or Fitness Training. Adults have the option of signing up for one class a week, or joining our Punch Pass system, which gives them the option for unlimited classes per month. The Obstacle Training classes include Ninja, Parkour and Obstacle Course Training classes. The Fitness classes include Yoga, Movement and Mobility, Jump Rope, Postpartum Mama Fitness, Self Defense, and more!

We offer a rolling enrollment with prorated tuition. So, sign up anytime!

REMEMBER YOUR ATHLETIC SHOES!
Athletic shoes are required to participate in class.
Students wearing crocs, sandals, boots, or other non-athletic shoes will not be allowed on the floor.
For Your Information
- Please arrive a few minutes early for your athlete’s first class. A coach will help orient your athlete to the gym.
- Please fill out the updated Altitude Movement Waiver for all individuals entering Altitude Ninja Gym. (We will have our iPads available at check-in.)
- Your athlete should arrive dressed in athletic attire (shirts are required) and sneakers; you may store your street shoes in our cubbies.
- Make-up Tokens are issued for an absence. You may use your make-up tokens towards any level appropriate class or open gym. Please note that Make-up Tokens expire after one month, and will be deleted upon unenrollment from class.
- All athletes should have a full water bottle–we have a refill station, if necessary!
- Liquid chalk is available for purchase.
- Families are welcome to drop off their athletes. We request that all athletes are picked up on time; our staff have a limited window to clean and prepare for the next session.
- Cancellation Policy – Clients wishing to cancel their enrollment must do so prior to the first of the month, to avoid being charged for that month. Refunds will not be issued. Cancellations can be handled through the portal or via email to info@altitudemovement.com
